Our Story
Our owner, Rovena Lulaj, our salon’s chief stylist and color expert, was trained and worked for years in Europe before moving to the U.S. She is internationally known for excellence and has competed and won several of the most prestigious national professional hair competitions in the country.
She decided to lead a highly professional organization and settled on Palm Harbor as the best location in the greater Tampa Bay area. The result is our intimate shop where we focus on each and every customer instead of just being another mass production hair cutting store.
